Admin Review & Approval
Once you post your tutor request, the Admin reviews the details. If approved, your request will move to the 'In Progress' section, and the job will be visible to tutors who can apply for it.
Choose the Best Tutor
When tutors apply for your request, Admin will review their CVs and suggest the most suitable candidates. You can then choose the tutor who best matches your needs and preferences
Final Confirmation & Confirmation Letter
After you choose the tutor, Admin will request your final confirmation. Upon approval, Admin will send out a confirmation letter to both you and the tutor, completing the hiring process

Browse Tutor Job Opportunities
As a Tutor, you can browse all available tutor requests posted by Guardians in the 'All Jobs' section. Apply for jobs that match your skills and expertise.
Apply for Tutor Jobs
Once you find a suitable job, submit your application. Your profile and CV will be reviewed by Admin to determine the best candidates.
Admin Review & Candidate Selection
Admin reviews all applications and selects the best-suited candidates. If selected, your profile will be sent to the Guardian for further consideration.
Final Confirmation & Confirmation Letter
Once the Guardian makes their choice and confirms, Admin will initiate a confirmation letter. Upon confirmation, you can start tutoring and begin your sessions with the Guardian.
